TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written or electronic confirmation following receipt of payment. The person making the booking confirms they are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers named. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier rate changes beyond our control.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds are calculated after deducting supplier charges such as airline, hotel, visa, and insurance fees. As a general guide:
• 45 days or more before travel: 10% charge
• 44–21 days before travel: 25% charge
• 20–7 days before travel: 50% charge
• Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% charge
Once tickets, vouchers, or visas have been issued, they are non-refundable.
3. Visa Assistance
We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval, as this decision rests solely with the relevant embassy or authority. Visa fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all documents provided.
4. Flights, Hotels & Cruises
These services are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airline, hotel, or cruise line, which will be shared with you at the time of booking.
5. Liability
We act as an agent between customers and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and visa authorities, and are not liable for their acts, delays, or failures. Where liability does apply, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by war, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Traveler Responsibility
Customers must hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents, and must comply with the laws of the countries they visit.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
